Managing our many roles in life can be challenging and stressful. Our society has encouraged us to be in the constant state of doing and achieving, with little recognition of just being. Yoga has provided me with a stronger body, but also with the practice of letting go of judgment, fear, anxiety, and blame. This awareness has allowed me to live more authentically in the present moment. Most importantly, the teachings of yoga have taught me to hold myself and others in compassion. I hope to share this experience with you.
My classes are infused with readings, meditation, breath work, and postures. My style is influenced by the hatha and vinyasa traditions. All of my classes are provided in a warm, positive, and light-hearted environment. Please contact me with any questions.

Tuesday Night Community Yoga
Tuesday Night Community Yoga is an open level Vinyasa Flow class. Expect to spend time exploring alignment, flowing mindfully, and cultivating stillness through meditation and breath. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Please bring a mat, blanket, and an open mind.
Please note this class is donation based. Suggested donation is 7-10 dollars.Please give what you can. Donation based yoga allows for peace and wellness to be accessible to individuals from varying social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
